The restaurant is one of the finest in Rio de Janeiro. You can enjoy spectacular views of the pool from the restaurant. You can enjoy a breakfast buffet, buffet lunch, à la carte lunch, dinner as well as traditional afternoon teas or even light refreshments. Executive Chef Luis Incao prepares mouth- watering seafood cuisines. He takes great pride in cooking with the freshest ingredients served with soulful hospitality. This is a charming, sophisticated and quiet place to eat.

One of the favorite Brazilian cuisines is Feijoada. This is a stew which includes a variety of dried meat, bacon, salt pork and ribs, different sausages and even pork. The cuisine is served with white rice, farofa (fried manioc flour), kale, sliced oranges and a hot pepper sauce. It is traditionally served for Saturday lunch.

Sunday brunch offers everything from caviar to oysters, quiches and cheese. On weekdays there is a truly English afternoon tea, with fruit cake, jam and an excellent selection of imported teas.

    I really had the best dinner time in the Pergula restaurant. Best for Feijoada and you should try it some time. Me and my boyfriend, enjoyed the food and guess what I'm craving for more. nofollow
