The Cipriani Restaurant offers the very best of north Italian cuisine. For all the excellent delicacies offered here, the credit goes to Chef Franceso Carli who prepares traditional as well as more innovative dishes.

The renowned chef Carli previously worked in the Orient- Express Hotel Cipriani and Palazzo Vendramin in Venice and therefore many of the dishes are the same as those on Hotel Cipriani's menu. He is obsessed with serving good authentic Italian dishes which include delicious Risotto di Zucca Profumato al Rosmarino and Maccheroncini con Pomodoro Melanzane e Tonno, open for both lunch and dinner.

The delicacies offered are cooked with the freshest ingredients and natural flavor. If refrigeration of any ingredient affects the natural flavor, then care is taken and the ingredients are not refrigerated. Italian oils and wines are used in order to enhance the taste of the cuisines. You can be assured that the dishes prepared here at the Hotel Cipriani Restaurant in Rio are as authentic as possible to those found at the Cipriani in Venice.
