More Carnival in Brazil... Right after finishing yesterday's post about Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, I sat down to my favorite Sunday activity - the New York Times Travel section - and found this mini-guide to experiencing Carnival outside of Rio de Janeiro. The article brings up a great point, which is that Carnival can be enjoyed throughout all of Brazil, not just in Rio.
