Anne Hathaway and Neil Patrick Harris are flying down to Rio, or their voices are at least. The actors are in negotiations to lend their voices to the animated flick 'Rio,' according to The Hollywood Reporter . Produced in 3D digital animation, 'Rio' will chronicle the excursions of a nerdy macaw who escapes from his cage in a small Minnesota town for the colorful city of Rio de Janeiro.
